On April 1, 2009 a let­ter was sent from the Gov­ern­ing Body of Jehovah’s Wit­nesses to con­gre­ga­tions in Spain inform­ing them that the print­ing, ship­ping, and stor­age of Watch­tower pub­li­ca­tions would be dis­con­tin­ued at the Madrid (Ajalvir) Branch office.
